Everybody loves a comeback story, and this is a good one. Cicis had lost its way for a few years and COVID-19 was especially hard on the buffet concept. But they came out of those dark days with a renewed sense of purpose. What was missing was a big creative idea and a more innovative approach to marketing. Enter 3Headed Monster. We relaunched the brand under the tagline “Endless Pizzabilities” and introduced a new character – C.C. Pazzini – the inventor of Cicis’ Pizza Buffet. The comeback story is now a page-turner. Sales are way up, and the fun is just beginning.
