A NEW AGENCY MUTATION

TOMORROW BRANDS™ DON’T NEED YESTERDAY’S AGENCY, THEY NEED A NEW AGENCY MUTATION.
Our model combines the three essentials of modern marketing – Story, Design and Technology – and weaves them together at the genetic level. So we have all the capabilities you’d expect in a modern full-service agency but in a leaner, more nimble body. Every day, we engage consumers in a way that makes them click all the right buttons on their way down the digital sales funnel.

SHON RATHBONE
FOUNDER, CREATIVE CHAIRMANABOUT SHON
Shon is our leader and chief storyteller. Before founding 3HM, Shon was EVP Executive Creative Director at Publicis Dallas. He has over 25 years of experience writing and creative directing integrated campaigns for agencies like FCB, Leo Burnett, Carmichael Lynch and Hal Riney. His work has been recognized by every major award show including the One Show, Effie, Comm Arts and Cannes. Over the years, Shon has penned many enduring brand taglines, including the now infamous slogan “He went to Jared,” which ran for a ridiculous 15 years. When Shon isn’t making ads, he is a dad, a husband, a screenwriter, a gamer nerd, a mixed martial artist and a guest lecturer at his alma mater Michigan State University. Go Green!

ELISA SILVA
PARTNER, MANAGING DIRECTORABOUT ELISA
Elisa built film sets before the siren song of Oregon and the curiosity of an office called. At Wieden+Kennedy, she was the account lead on campaigns for Starbucks, Coke, Diet Coke, and Target. She also helped relaunch Levi’s, won a Lion for Coraline, and was published in MAD Magazine. At 72andSunny LA, Elisa worked on Anheuser-Busch, Activision, and Target before moving east. In New York, she led business for JWT (Nestle), Translation (Sprite), Barton F. Graf (Little Caesars, Snyder’s-Lance) and SS+K, where she oversaw clients and culture. Elisa returned home in the Fall of 2019 and worked with Samsung Mobile to build up its Marketing and Content Studio teams before becoming a Monster. Elisa studied film at Rice University and Theology in Dublin, where she was a social worker with at-risk youth and the homeless. She’s obsessed with penmanship, has bad tattoos with good stories, and thinks girls can play football and drums if they want to.
