Q-tips® is a 100-year-old icon that everyone knows but no one thinks about. Our challenge was to help this quiet brand make some noise and do it with a small budget. So, we went big. Literally.

3Headed Monster created the Quge-tip: a massive six-foot version of the iconic cotton swab. A product this ridiculous demanded an equally unhinged launch. Enter Bruce Neptune, a fictional pitchman who debuted the behemoth in an infomercial parody. To ignite the hype, we didn’t just seed the product — we sparked conversations with influencers and did content collabs with heavy hitter brands like Doritos® and Pine-Sol. The result? A ‘Quge’ cultural moment for an overlooked bathroom staple with a limited run product that sold out in under 24 hours.
