Tropical Smoothie Cafe has undergone many changes to their brand visual language over the years.
3Headed Monster’s challenge was to wrangle the disparate elements the brand had accrued over the years and come up with a single unifying look and feel that works across all facets of the brand. Nothing felt more right than pulling some sunny inspiration from 70’s SoCal aesthetic. A new reliance on a mix of hand-drawn and groovy geometric shapes and waves breathes life into a brand that seemed a little lost for a strong visual identity. This look and feel is present from their packaging design to their rewards program and beyond.
